FOR DOMESTIC (U.S.A.) SHIPPING

All orders shipped within the USA over $75 will get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

For 2nd Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 12 pm PST weekdays. 

All Ground shipping delivery orders on weekday (non-Holiday) placed before 12 pm PST will ship within 5-7 business days if your orders are verified and processed. Orders will be delivered via UPS or USPS between 9 am - 5 pm PST on weekdays only. Orders will not be delivered on U.S. national holidays. 

All orders from Mon - Fri (non-Holiday) placed after 12pm PST as well as all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day once inventory is confirmed, address is verified, and order is processed. NO order cancellations or modifications are allowed. Due to the volume of orders, we are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been placed. We are also unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes (PO Box in shipping address) or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been verified and approved. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by verification. Shipping to other than the Billing address on any order may result in a delay. We cannot ship Paypal orders that have unconfirmed shipping addresses within the customers respective accounts. If an orders’ shipping address is not confirmed within a customers’ PayPal account within 96 hours of being placed at Untamed Saphhire Clothing, those orders may be cancelled. Additionally, we reserve the right to ship at our discretion if an order's shipping address does not match the billing address.

Delivery Rates & Services

UntamedSapphire.com currently ships to the following countries:

  • North America - Canada & Mexico
  • Colombia, Guatemala, Venezuela
  • Japan, South Korea
  • United Kingdom, France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
  • Australia, New Zealand

Your order will be delivered by UPS or DHL who will attempt to deliver the goods to you three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

Standard International orders are usually delivered within 12-15 business days. All international orders will be processed and shipped on Friday of that week. We currently do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.

Taxes And Duties

  • All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
  • Taxes and duties are still owed if the item is refused.
  • All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
  • Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
  • Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
  • The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
  • Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).
  • If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
  • These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Untamed Sapphire Clothing.
  • Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes
  • In the European Union, duties and taxes can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.

If you would like to return your order, please contact our customer service team first for RMA process.

If approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt. Posting to your credit card account could take an additional 10 business days, depending on your credit card issuer.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

If an order is placed on UntamedSapphire.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original duties, taxes, shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

NOTE: Untamed Sapphire Clothing has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. LOST PACKAGES

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.  If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the reimbursement.
