Shipping box Orders
How long does it takes to ship my orders? Plus

If the product is in stock and your order is placed before 12 pm PST, it will be shipped out on the same day.

If the product is not immediately in stock, we will notify you via email for cancellation or amend the item.

Can I place orders by phone? Plus

Unfortunately, for security reasons we do not accept any kind of phone orders. For any questions or concerns during your order check-out process feel free to contact us thru via email at sales@untamedsapphire.com  .

What do I do If my ordered item(s) is defective or damaged when I receive them? Plus

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a defective/damaged item, please contact us via email at cs@untamedsapphire.com.

How can I change or cancel my order? Plus

If you’d like to cancel or change your order before processing, please email us at cs@untamedsapphire.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the amendments can be made if the order has already been processed. We will try our best to change or cancel your order, but please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.

Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

How do I track my orders? Plus

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.

Do you have a store location? Plus

Untamed Sapphire Clothing is currently exclusively online. This means we can serve customers all across the world but unfortunately we don't have a physical location where you can come and try on our products before buying. Our offices and warehouses are closed to the public.

What are my payment options? Plus

Orders can be placed 24/7 online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

We do not accept money orders, checks, or wire transfers.

Do you offer payment in installments? Plus

Yes. We offer payment installments through Affirm. You can find the payment installment during checkout and select Shop Pay as payment method.

Do you accept PayPal payments? Plus

Yes. You can checkout using PayPal Express Checkout or during checkout process.

Please note that we ship to your PayPal Billing Address only. We do not ship to a different address.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

Yes. UntamedSapphire.com currently ships to the following countries:

Do I have to pay International Custom Duties and Taxes? Plus

Buyers are responsible for all local customs duties and taxes at or before delivery in countries where applicable. Check with your local post office for details on the rates for international packages.

How do I returns or exchange for International Orders? Plus

For all International returns/exchanges all shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer for unused items with tags and original packaging.

When the order is sent back for a refund, the total charge for the items being returned will be refunded with less 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost will not be refunded, and exchanges will be charged for new shipping cost back to the buyer (you).

What if I am unable to locate my delivered package? Plus

Untamed Sapphire Clothing must be contacted within 5 business days of the alleged delivery date to file a lost package claim. Filing the claim with the carrier first will increase the efficiency of the process. Please contact us via email with your information and claim number to cs@untamedsapphire.com.

Untamed Sapphire Clothing is not liable for any theft, damage or loss once the package is shipped by our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to anticipate, track, and locate their delivered package through the appropriate carrier.

Your shipping confirmation will contain the delivery date and link to track your package via the corresponding tracking website. Failure to notify Untamed Sapphire Clothing in the case that you are not able to receive your shipment (or the address is incorrect) may result in a loss (or theft) of the package and the order will not be refunded.
